 A long-time friend and client of the firm, Frank has over 40 years experience in providing for older Americans.  As president of his own elder care company he has worked in 42 states developing full service retirement centers, including Assisted Living Facilities, Memory Care Units, High quality nursing homes, and rent assisted retirement residences. Holy Cross Village is one of his local projects. Also developing hospitals and medical clinics; the size of his projects have ranged from 5 – 100 million.

He and his late wife Annette have 6 children and many grandchildren.  He is also a proud owner of the Green Bay Packers.
