Godfrey Law Offices networks closely with senior service providers in not only the South Bend/Mishawaka area but also in the wider Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan area to support the Life Care Plans we create for our clients who are aging up and may even be experiencing chronic illness. 

We help them plan a supportive living environment over time. Sometimes this is as simple as making a few changes to their present home, and sometimes it may mean making major modification to enable them to stay at home longer. Other time it may mean finding a new place that offers even more assistance, such as an assisted living center, or nursing home or memory/dementia care unit. We can help you talk to the right people and advocate for your good care.

The legal tools used are wills, trusts, powers of attorney for both finances and healthcare, as well as your Personal Care Plan laying out your many preferences for daily living.
